I am open for business. The core part of my process is an in-depth phone consult to undercover and present tangible evidence of your value to prospective employers.
To be effective in the current job market, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and bios should:
- focus on qualitative and quantitative benchmarks of performance
- be highly targeted, build credibility, and strategically use key words
- anticipate and circumvent negative interpretations
- answer the employer’s question: Why should I hire this person?
- inspire action
